Ragged Fish

Formed in 2007, the band combines latin and afro cuban rhythms with jazz melodies and improvisation.

Ricky Thorn, guitarist and founder member, has had wide experience. His career began with rock and blues. In his jazz period he has played with leading British Jazz musicians - Don Rendel, Roy East, Don Weller, Pete Jacobson and the Charlie Hearnshaw Quartet with whom he spent 4 years.

Dhevdhas Nair, on keyboards "highly talented UK-based jazz pianist. He brings together elements of Indian classical music, jazz and African music.

Jeff Walker, Electric/Upright Bass, has played with a wide range of musicians and outfits including Junior Giscombe, Mr Hermano, Dimitri from Paris and Phil Guy. He was also privileged to play with Mick Jagger at the Mustique Blues Festival.

Colin Rowlands, percussion, - highly respected musician, his versatility is renowned throughout the West Country and beyond. Primarily a kit drummer, Colin plays percussion in this outfit. His sound is unique in as much as he plays congas and hand-percussion instruments whilst simultaneously playing foot clave and kick drum.


Brigitte Beraha Trio

Brigitte was, born in Italy to Turkish/British parents, raised in Monaco moved to London 10 years ago. She has been working on a project of original music, (Melodic Contemporary Jazz with World and Latin Flavours) which has now been recorded in trio and quintet format.

Brigitte who loves touring says the album will be released and promoted during her tour of the UK this Autumn.
