Partikel are three London based musicians. All with different musical backgrounds.
They have come together to make music that mixes all of their favourite genres in a melodic, coherent and accurate way.
The music aims to put an interesting twist on the standard jazz format but still honoring the tradition of deep harmony, creative improvisation and interaction.
Partikel draw influences from African and Latin American music with the style of the contemporary New York scene which creates a fresh take on the saxophone trio format. |
